OlsenMetrix launches new website as client demand soars
Rutland-based marketing and PR agency OlsenMetrix has relaunched its website and upgraded its services in response to growing demand from manufacturing, technology, healthcare, housebuilding and public sector clients seeking PR and marketing communications advice.
OlsenMetrix said it noticed a spike in inquiries as the Covid-19 pandemic showed no signs of slowing, with companies increasingly focusing their attention on reputation building and publicising their approach to staff and customer safety so that they become known as good employers and respected corporate neighbours.
New clients include Protecta Services, a healthcare company delivering bespoke PPE services and the UK’s first wearable hand sanitiser; and V4 Services, which provides business consultancy services to SMEs and local authorities.
OlsenMetrix has also been named Best Small Digital PR & Marketing Agency in the Midlands Enterprise Awards, which is sponsored by SME News.
Sasha Olsen, OM’s Operations Director, said: “Our ambition has always been to be a respected and go-to marketing agency in the East of England and the Midlands, where we have established networks, but we also take on work nationally.
“Our USPs centre around our PR and marketing expertise – as well as deep sector knowledge across housebuilding, technology, healthcare, renewables and manufacturing, to name but a few.
“Existing and new clients are more concerned than ever about reputation and the way they are perceived by stakeholders – whether these be employees, customers, strategic partners, lenders or their community. The businesses that will thrive in challenging conditions are those that face up to the problems, liaise with their PR and marketing agencies to come up with creative solutions and that are then able to deliver them. Trust is another vital element to any company’s success.
“While the goal is always to grow sales and profitability, and to be able to demonstrate a genuine return on investment, the companies that succeed in 2021 and post-Covid will have adopted a new approach to PR and marketing, and a different and more empathetic way of communicating with their existing customers and new leads.”
The SME News judging panel said: “During our assessment of OlsenMetrix, we were extremely impressed with the amount of positive feedback referencing the company’s ability to provide an attentive and reliable service based on exceptional knowledge within the field of PR and Marketing.
“We feel very strongly that good customer service should be placed at the heart of every business and we were therefore delighted to come across this feedback and pleased to discover that a core practice at OlsenMetrix is to ensure that excellent client service is provided regardless of the size of the project.”
The panel was also impressed by OlsenMetrix’s versatility, having worked across a wide range of industry sectors, including housebuilding, manufacturing, recycling, professional services and place marketing. The agency’s broad outlook was praised, given its experience working both in the private sector and for public sector clients.
The judges added: “OlsenMetrix has demonstrated its ability to offer agile and adaptable solutions, a trait that is imperative when addressing the individual needs of each client to a high standard.
“Following assessment of its case-studies, the team’s breadth and depth of knowledge across various industries became apparent, as did their focus on customer-insight which appears to effectively underpin the success of each campaign. We found their person-centred approach and unmatched passion to fully understand and help their clients extremely commendable.
“We strongly feel that OlsenMetrix not only deserves this award but is in good stead to receive more recognition in the coming years. Congratulations again from the team here at SME News.”
