Brief:

Plan and implement a marketing communications programme to deliver a quantified flow of visitors to show homes (because Larkfleet can fairly accurately predict the conversion ratio of visitors to sales).

Approach:
We have helped Larkfleet Homes to put in place a multi-channel communications programme which includes online and offline promotion, public relations, advertising and many other things. Importantly, we have also put in place a marketing metrics reporting system which allows expenditure to be measured against the number of site visitors and house sales on a monthly basis.
Results:

The metrics system provides monthly figures that show how much each house sale and each visitor to site is costing through marketing communications activity. It is helping Larkfleet to drive down marcomms cost, and drive up return on investment, on a year-by-year basis.
