Approach:
The creation of a clear growth strategy, targeting turnover of £2 million within three years, was core to this project and involved a broad range of our services. It included specifying a new management structure to develop the business, the creation of a marketing plan to ensure growth, and the delivery of a new website, exhibition stands, brochures, folders and inserts, and the ongoing execution of a detailed marketing communications plan incorporating SEO, social media and press coverage.
